Konrad Reutlinger
Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Konrad Reutlinger, was taken from us suddenly at 81 years of age. Konrad grew up on the family farm near Middle Lake, Saskatchewan. This is where he met the love of his life Sylvia (née Hoffman). They spent their early years in Prince Albert, SK and then moved to Saskatoon, SK, where they spent their working years and raising their children. Having enjoyed spending over 45 years at their cottage at “White Birch” they retired there which was Konrad’s favorite place to be. He enjoyed the time there with family, and special friends Roger & Jo-anne Olyowsky. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 59 years, Sylvia (née Hoffman); children: Shauna (†Richard) Zerebeski of Saskatoon, SK, and children Olivia and Ella; Terry of Calgary, AB; sister-in-law Marlene (brother † Hugo) Reutlinger and family; John (Fidelis) Reutlinger and family; Walter (Sherlane) Reutlinger and family; In-laws – Clifford (Rosemarie) Hoffman and family; Vivian († Harold) Griffin and family; Shirley († Ralph) Schuler and family; Donald (†Jeannette) Hoffman and family. Konrad was predeceased by: his loving parents Hans and Ella Reutlinger; son-in-law Richard Zerebeski; brother Hugo; brothers-in-law: Harold Griffin and Ralph Schuler; sister in-law Jeanette Hoffman and nephew Owen Hoffman. A private family service was held at Grace Lutheran Cemetery in Middle Lake, SK. Donations may be directed to Bethany Pioneer Village (P.O. Box 8, Middle Lake, SK, S0K 2X0).
