Marc was born on May 23, 1927 to his parents, Joseph Jr and Jeanne Yvonne (née Gueguen) in the Kermeria District. He attended both the Kermeria and the Byng schools and later completed one year at Gravelbourg College. On July 29, 1958, Marc married Bernice Schemenauer in St. James, Saskatchewan and their marriage was blessed with seven children. Farming was Marc’s lifelong occupation. He enjoyed baseball, curling and hockey throughout his life as well as woodworking projects when he had time. He was also an active member of the Knights of Columbus. Bernice passed away September 23, 1994 and Marc married Bernice (Tschumperlin) Crozon on November 4, 1995 in Naicam, Saskatchewan. She later passed on March 30, 2011. Over the years, Marc lived in a number of locations, from his home on the farm to his move to Naicam in 1994, followed by Minnesota until 2011 when he returned to Naicam, then to Melfort, and finally to Chateau Providence in St. Brieux, from 2018 until the present. Left to mourn his passing are his seven children and their families: Dean (Val) Crozon, and Brooke Crozon (Con) and Olivia, Kelly (Alana) Crozon and Jack, Charlie, and Molly, and Jody (Jeremy) Zelinski, Benjamin and Everly; Grant (Carla) Crozon, and Jill Crozon and Jace Crozon; Colette (Ron) Loyns, and Tabitha (Robert) Cropper, and Olivia, Reed, and Graeme, Lori (Derrick) Doell, and Lily and Dylan, Michael (Nicole) Loyns, and Sophia and Ivy, and Jesse Loyns (Haley); Kevin (Marie) Crozon, and Brett Crozon, Nathan Crozon, Alexa Crozon, Mikael Marshall, Macklin Marshall, and Michaela (Dakota) Grey; Joanne (Rick) Meyer and Kelsey (Jason) Fisher, Alanna Meyer, and Trent Meyer; Arlene (Darren) Anholt, and Rachel Anholt and Madison Anholt; and Marilyn (Joe) Berthold, and Chloe Berthold and Jaylyn Berthold; his stepchildren and their families: Bill (Rita), Mary (Larry), Barb (Pete), and Joe; his sisters-in-law Margery and Sue; and brothers-in-law: Ken (Pat), Robert (Laurie), Eugene (Roseanne), and Jacques; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his two spouses; his stepdaughter-in-law, Lori; his parents; his siblings: Annette (Andre), Marie (Paul), Frances, Herve (Bernice), Roch, Servais, and Claude (Gert); brother-in-law Ralph and sister-in-law Leona.
